Indications: 

• when jogging and walking;
• nonspecific pain in the legs associated with increased physical exertion;
• pain in the heel area and metatarsophalangeal joints during and after training;
• flattening of the arches of the foot;
• mild or moderate severity of the "hollow foot";
• discomfort in the Achilles region tendons;
• prevention and treatment of flat feet of 1-2 degrees.

Contraindications for use:

• damage to the skin in parts of the body in contact with the insole, especially if there is inflammation;
• individual intolerance to materials;
• people with diabetes mellitus and rheumatoid diseases before Use of products requires medical advice.

Care instructions:

• Wash by hand with soap and water room temperature or wipe with a damp cloth (do not use machine wash);
