  CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • elastic compression is contraindicated in patients with advanced peripheral arterial disease (ankle-brachial index below 0.7),
  • with severe neurological disorders, lymphangitis, allergies to the components of the compression product. 
  • when ankle pressure drops below 100 mmHg. (but not less than 60 mmHg) compression class I devices can be used.
  • subcompensation and decompensation of blood circulation (due to the risk of developing acute heart failure), 
  acute exudative dermatitis.
